HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Lici charges the industry average for one, two or three-hour sets. Additional Fees may be added depending on specific requirements and for events planned for high-in-demand, seasonal times, such as New Year's Eve, or for shorter performances. Contact Lici directly for a personalised quote!

Up to 1-hour of performance: £200
Up to 2-hours of performance (including one short break): £300
Up to 3-hours of performance (including two short breaks): £400

DO YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT OR DO I HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT IN FULL?

Lici accepts deposits of 20% to secure your event date. These are refundable if cancellation is received 9 months prior to the agreed event date.

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU TAKE TO SET UP?

Not long at all! The magic of being a solo function singer means very little setup. Lici always aims to be up and running in 30 minutes, and aims to arrive an hour prior to performing. She loves it if you can give her a little chance to soundcheck too, to make sure she's sounding just right for your event. Let her set up a little early and she'll happily provide you with a PA playlist service before her performance begins.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED?

Enough space for a small PA system, microphone, and one vintage singer who likes to bop around behind the mic!

IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY ON YOUR BOOKINGS?

Yes! If the cancellation is over 9 months prior to the event date, all fees including the deposit will be repaid in full. For further terms and conditions, please get in touch!

HOW DO I BOOK YOU?

All booking is done directly through Lici, meaning no agency fees!

CAN YOU PERFORM OUTDOORS?

Weather permitting and if there is a safe, accessible power source, Lici is more than happy to perform in an outdoor setting!

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

Accepted Answer

Lici is willing to travel up to 100 miles from home. If your event doesn't fall under the radius, get in touch and Lici will see what she can do for you!

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Lici doesn't charge for the first 20-mile radius from her home base. Any further travel is charged at the Musician's Union, industry standard of 56p/mile. Get in touch for an exact quote!

Question 10

HOW LONG IS A SET?

Accepted Answer

On average, a single set lasts 45/50 minutes, with a 15/20 minute vocal break. 
For an hour performance, Lici will perform for the entire 60 minutes. 
If you require shorter or specific set lengths, get in touch and Lici will be happy to discuss this with you!

HOW LONG/HOW MANY SETS DO YOU PERFORM FOR?

Lici can perform for one, two, or three sets! That's one, two, or three hours. 
For two or more sets, each lasts 50-minutes on average, with 15/20 minute vocal breaks in between.

DO YOU OFFER A PLAYLIST SERVICE WHEN YOU'RE NOT PERFORMING?

Yes! Whilst taking her short vocal rest between sets, Lici will make sure the party doesn't stop. She is happy to provide a playlist, fitting to the occasion, for free during her small break. 
Want her to provide music past her performance or for a longer break? 
For an additional fee, Lici can provide use of her PA and playlists as long as required.

CAN I CHOOSE THE SONGS IN YOUR SETLIST?

Yes! Lici is more than happy to tailor-make your setlist from her repertoire.

Question 14

DO YOU TAKE SONG REQUESTS?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If there is a specific song that will make your event unique, simply let Lici know. A single song request is completely free! Each subsequent song request has a small additional fee to accommodate the time spent learning the new material and sourcing any tracks required.

Yes! Lici is a wedding singer with a difference. Get in touch to discuss your requirements and give your special day that vintage twist! Seating of the guests, bridal procession, signing of the registry, the walkout, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, evening reception.

​WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

Lici uses a compact, all-in-one PA system (Yamaha Stagepas 600BT), alongside her iPad and limited edition Shure 5575LE. Lici's regular set-up is suitable for Small to Medium-sized gigs. Lici can provide PAT test certificates.

DO I NEED TO FEED YOU?

Accepted Answer

This depends on your event. Lici greatly appreciates a vegan hot meal for longer, later events, such as all day weddings. In other cases, just add water!

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PARKING?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please! Lici will be driving herself and her equipment to your event. A parking space where it's easy for her to offload equipment into the venue is a plus.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A DRESSING ROOM/AREA?

Accepted Answer

After travelling to your venue, Lici will need a little space and time to transform herself back into the past. A mirror is a plus!

WHAT DO YOU WEAR?

Lici knows the importance of matching an event's specific feel or theme. She has an array of outfits for all genres and eras. Whether it's rock'n'roll and petticoats, a smokey jazz lounge, or military VE day vibes, she will dress to suit your event perfectly!

CAN YOU PERFORM WITH OTHER MUSICIANS?

CAN YOU PERFORM WITHOUT BACKING TRACKS/A CAPPELLA/WITH INSTRUMENTS?

Currently, Lici is fully fuelled by high-quality backing tracks. A Cappella can be considered on request for an additional fee. She is soon to be introducing saxophone and ukulele to her solo functions for even extra pizzazz!

DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

Yes! Lici is a member of the Musicians' Union, allowing for claims of up to £10 million. She is happy to provide certification if required.
